Order Processing
All Yu Sleep orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship all US orders via standard USPS or UPS delivery. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
📦 Free US shipping is included on all 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery times for international orders:
- Canada: 10–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 15–21 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 15–21 business days
- Other international destinations: 15–21 business days
Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country. Yu Sleep is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Discreet Packaging
All Yu Sleep orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product name or branding visible on the outside of the box. Your privacy is important to us.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery through the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at support@yu-sleep.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by reshipping your order or issuing a refund.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@yu-sleep.com. We can only make address changes before your order is shipped. We are unable to change the delivery address once a package is in transit.
